Product Overview of Coke Sieve:

The motion trajectory of JS type coke sieve is a quasi straight line, with a total of five specifications. Suitable for coke grading operations in metallurgical city gas supply, coke production and other departments, and can also be used for material screening in other industries. This series of screening machines is a specialized equipment for coke classification jointly developed by our company and Anshan Coking Refractory Material Design and Research Institute, based on the comprehensive analysis of advanced screening machine technology at home and abroad and careful analysis of the physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of coke materials. The coke screen overcomes the shortcomings of previous mining vibrating screens, coal screens, and roller screens used for coke classification.

Product characteristics of coke sieve:

1. Manufacturing with comprehensive thickness screening and probability screening technology, the screening machine can quickly layer and loosen materials during operation, with good screening and grading effects and high work efficiency;

2. Designed based on the self synchronization principle of dual motor driven gearless transmission and utilizing a composite spring isolation system, the working noise is low;

3. All parts of the vibrating screen that come into direct contact with graded materials are equipped with high wear resistant lining plates, and the sun dried surface is made of polyurethane material, which has a long service life;

4. There is a dust sealing cover with random reporting to make dust prevention more tight; Equipped with a walking trolley, convenient for machine maintenance and replacement of vulnerable parts;

5. The screening box adopts ring groove rivet connection technology, with good rigidity and high strength of the body.

c、 Selection instructions:

——This screening machine is a left-hand drive. If the user requests to change to a right-hand drive, it can be explained at the time of ordering;

——The installation position of the steel rails for the walking trolley is shown in the installation diagram of the screening machine. The screening machine can be fixedly installed without the walking trolley. If required, it should be indicated when selecting;

——The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, and explosion-proof or motors with different rated voltages can be used. If selected, please indicate it when ordering;

——The basic bolts shall be provided by the user, and the steel rail fixing form shall be designed by the user themselves.
